As an Accounting Staff at Sena Mulia Investment, you'll handle daily bookkeeping tasks, process payroll, reconcile bank statements, and prepare financial reports using industry-standard software like QuickBooks or SAP. You'll work closely with our finance team to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including journal entries, posting transactions, and reconciling accounts.
• Process payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, and generating payslips.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
• Ensure all financial documentation is complete, accurate, and readily available for audit purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.
