DASH Corporindo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records.,Prepare and process monthly bank reconciliations.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and record all invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other financial documentation.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
