📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management using SAP or similar software.
• Implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the Store Manager.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to plan and execute store events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume store.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with retail software such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
