Bahagia Budi Butik is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are in top condition. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to schedule maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Track vehicle usage and performance, providing reports to management.,Handle vehicle insurance and registration renewals.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles when necessary.,Ensure all vehicles are serviced according to the manufacturer's recommendations.,Manage and maintain vehicle documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
