XCEL Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Internal Audit to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our internal audit activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and lead the internal audit team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful completion of audit assignments.,Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.,Conduct audits of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of audit findings and recommendations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.,Mentor and develop junior auditors within the team.,Ensure the team adheres to ethical standards and professional conduct.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing, such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or equivalent.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
