📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve premium cocktails using industry-leading tools like the ShakerPro and JiggerPro.
• Create and refine signature cocktails, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Interact with guests to understand their preferences and deliver exceptional service.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients and supplies.
• Stay updated with the latest mixology trends and techniques to keep WOOBAR’s menu fresh and innovative.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of cocktail pairings with food.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender, with a strong background in mixology.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as POS systems and inventory management software.
• Certification in mixology or a related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating unique and high-quality cocktails.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
