📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.,Monitor and maintain the quality of coffee and other products to meet customer expectations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with coffee production and quality control is a plus.
