📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and governance frameworks within the PMO.,Lead and mentor the PMO team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.,Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Monitor and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with senior leadership to align PMO activities with the company's strategic goals.,Drive innovation and best practices in project management, leveraging industry trends and technologies.,Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in leading PMO initiatives.,Strong understanding of strategic planning, governance, and risk management principles.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.,Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.,Experience working in a multicultural and international environment is highly desirable.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Certifications in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile, are a plus.
