BETTERINGCO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Assistant Manager to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial for ensuring our international tax compliance and optimizing tax strategies for our global operations.

As a Senior Tax Manager or Tax Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing our tax functions, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws, and providing strategic advice to senior management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of international tax compliance for BETTERINGCO.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits.,Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.,Provide tax advice and guidance to senior management and other departments.,Prepare and review tax returns, including VAT, corporate tax, and other related taxes.,Conduct tax audits and investigations as required.,Maintain and update tax records and documentation.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management and compliance, with at least 2 years in an international tax environment.,Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
