📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in organizing and conducting recruitment events and fairs.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive candidate experience.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an advantage.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
