As a Brand Executive or Senior Brand Executive with fluency in Mandarin, you will be at the heart of creating and executing brand strategies that resonate with both local and international audiences.

In this role, you will work closely with clients from various industries, including hospitality, retail, and F&B, to develop and implement brand campaigns that drive engagement and growth. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be essential in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities presented by the diverse markets in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute brand strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.
• Create and manage brand campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in brand management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in brand management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful brand campaigns.
• Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
• Certification in brand management or related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
