📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Plate and present dishes in an attractive and appetizing manner.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and meet service targets.
• Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and International cuisine.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
