• Manage and update customer databases using Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Generate and maintain customer reports to track interactions and identify trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer relations and database management.
• Provide support to the marketing team in managing customer data for targeted campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relations or database management.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
