📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

Lead and mentor a team of managers and supervisors.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals.

Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Manage budgets and resources effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.

Proven track record of successful project management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Indonesian and English.

Understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
