📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and maintenance projects.,Oversee the work of site engineers and technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.,Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and schedules.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.,Participate in site meetings and provide updates to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or maintenance industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD and MS Project.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as required.
