📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit assigned areas to collect overdue payments from Telkomsel Halo customers.
• Negotiate payment plans and agreements with customers to resolve outstanding debts.
• Document all collection activities and customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied with the collection process.
• Report daily collection activities to the supervisor, including successful and unsuccessful attempts.
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing overdue accounts and achieving collection targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional demeanor and strong ethical standards.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
