📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Lead financial projects and initiatives to drive strategic growth.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping using SAP or similar financial software.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Controller role, preferably in an investment organization.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
