BRIO Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve HR practices.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to enhance HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
