📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the section, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a maritime or port operation environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams effectively.,Certifications in project management, safety, or other relevant fields are a plus.
