Sumber Fajar Coffee is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Pekalongan. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales and promotion of our coffee products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales and promotion of coffee products to customers.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Assist in maintaining and organizing the retail space to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Conduct regular inventory checks and restocking as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and data analysis.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic knowledge of coffee and related products.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Passionate about coffee and customer service.
