📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior tax officers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities for optimization.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable deadlines.,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and guidance to the team.,Monitor and report on tax-related expenses and deductions to ensure compliance and optimize tax savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and a proven track record of managing tax-related projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Certification in tax-related courses or programs is a plus.
