🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in media strategy, digital transformation, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and executing media transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of digital media trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certifications in digital media, analytics, or project management are a plus.
• Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
