📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to, administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring vital signs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Assist with patient education and provide information about their health conditions and treatments.,Participate in staff meetings and other training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices and protocols.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team immediately.,Assist with the preparation and serving of meals to patients as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license in Indonesia.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.

🛠️ Keahlian

Clinical skills and knowledge in adult or pediatric nursing.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Experience with patient education and counseling.Experience with infection control and safety protocols.Experience with medical equipment and technology.Experience with patient advocacy and empowerment.Experience with cultural competency and sensitivity.Experience with teamwork and collaboration.
