📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical hiring practices.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
