In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Present products and services to clients and address their needs and concerns.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients post-sale.,Track and report sales performance and market trends to the sales team and management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and learn about market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
