📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support personnel.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Plan and organize events and special promotions to increase customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Experience in marketing and customer engagement strategies.
