📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new sales leads through market research and outreach.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent customer service skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
