📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and support.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Monitor and control internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
