In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing various banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Manage event budgets and ensure they are used efficiently.,Oversee event staff and ensure they are well-prepared and knowledgeable.,Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.,Handle any event-related issues or problems that may arise.,Prepare and present event reports to clients and management.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in banquet settings.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and health and safety guidelines.,Ability to manage and motivate a team.
