📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong understanding of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
