📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and provide social services to clients in need, including but not limited to food, shelter, and healthcare assistance.,Develop and implement case management plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.,Collaborate with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to identify and address community needs.,Educate and empower clients through workshops, counseling sessions, and other outreach activities.,Monitor and report on program outcomes, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information and program activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of organizational strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a related field, preferably in a community-based or non-profit setting.,Strong understanding of social welfare policies, programs, and services in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
