🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the beauty and wellness industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
