🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proven track record of success in achieving team and company goals.
