📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Assess training needs and design appropriate training materials and activities.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees to ensure they achieve their training goals.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and assessment techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
