Mart Camp Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with the management team to identify training needs and ensure that all employees receive the necessary training to perform their jobs effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and work with management to develop appropriate training solutions.,Ensure that all employees receive the necessary training to perform their jobs effectively.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of all training activities and employee development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to help them achieve their training goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Ability to travel as needed for training activities.
