• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter.
• Assist with reservations, seating arrangements, and table service, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
• Provide exceptional service during meals, including taking food and drink orders, refilling beverages, and clearing tables.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring our dining area meets and exceeds expectations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate service, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
• Stay updated on menu items, specials, and promotions, and communicate this information to guests effectively.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your service skills and knowledge of Japanese hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a fine dining or Japanese restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
