📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Maintain and update the General Ledger (GL) to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including aged payables, bank reconciliations, and trial balances.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and company policies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
• Support the finance team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
