Stripe is looking for a Risk Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing various risk metrics to ensure the safety and security of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement processes to improve our risk management framework.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze risk metrics to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities,Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies,Develop and maintain risk dashboards and reports to provide insights to senior management,Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in risk management and fraud prevention,Work with the fraud operations team to investigate and resolve fraud cases,Implement and maintain processes to improve our risk management framework,Provide training and support to other teams on risk management best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience,3-5 years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or a related field,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Experience with risk management frameworks and tools,Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
