📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and operate DCS panels to ensure the smooth functioning of production systems.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of DCS equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the control room.
• Record and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards in the manufacturing facility.
• Provide technical support and training to junior operators and new hires.
• Participate in shift-based operations to maintain continuous production.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to implement system upgrades and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating DCS systems, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Certification in DCS systems, such as Honeywell Experion, Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7, or similar.
• Strong understanding of PLC programming and automation systems.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
